Leading automotive manufacturing company in Dubai is hiring a Design Engineer - Sheet Metal & Automotive Components. This on-site role requires 1-2 years of experience in automotive design and hands-on CATIA and SolidWorks skills.

You will create 3D models, 2D drawings, BOMs, and apply sheet metal design knowledge with a focus on DFM and DFA, while coordinating with production and quality teams to prototype and approve designs.

Formación

• Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1-2 years as Design Engineer in Automotive / Sheet Metal.
• CATIA & SolidWorks experience is mandatory.
• Sheet metal design exposure in automotive projects.
• Ability to read complex drawings and tolerances.

Responsabilidades

• Design & develop automotive parts, components & sheet metal assemblies using CATIA & SolidWorks.
• Create 3D models, 2D drawings & BOM as per standards.
• Apply sheet metal design, fabrication & manufacturing knowledge - ensure DFM & DFA.
• Coordinate with production & quality for prototype development & approval.
• Modify designs for cost reduction & quality improvement.
• Maintain design documentation, drawings & records - support NPD & design changes.

Leading Automotive Manufacturing Company in Dubai is hiring a Design Engineer - Sheet Metal & Automotive Components.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & develop automotive parts, components & sheet metal assemblies using CATIA & SolidWorks
• Create 3D models, 2D detailed drawings & BOM as per standards
• Apply sheet metal design, fabrication & manufacturing knowledge - Ensure DFM & DFA
• Work as per customer requirements & technical specs - Basic design calculations
• Coordinate with production & quality for prototype development & approval
• Modify designs for cost reduction & quality improvement
• Maintain design documentation, drawings & records - Support NPD & design changes

Mandatory

• Diploma / B.E / http://B.Tech in Mechanical or related
• 1-2 years as Design Engineer in Automotive / Sheet Metal - Mandatory
• CATIA & SolidWorks - Both Mandatory
• Sheet Metal Design & Automotive Design exposure must
• GD&T, engineering materials, manufacturing processes
• Ability to read & interpret complex drawings & tolerances
• Currently in Dubai / Immediate joiner preferred
