Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation standards.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers; test foods for doneness.
• Set up and break down the workstation; maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Follow safety policies; report issues to manager; maintain confidentiality.
