The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in Personnel Administration and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Proficiency in SAP HCM and Microsoft Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Personnel Administration.
• Strong understanding of personnel administration from workflow, policy, legal, and systems perspectives.

Responsabilités

• Support manpower budgeting and reporting.
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment activities.
• Review and handle disciplinary cases and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with HR administration and data management.
• Maintain and update organizational structures in SAP.
