Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Informatics, Health IT, or related fields.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience (internships, academic projects, or hospital training accepted).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation, support, and optimization of EHR/EMR systems.
• Support clinical workflows by documenting requirements and system issues.
• Participate in system testing, upgrades, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Assist with basic clinical data analysis, reporting, and data validation.
• Provide first-line support to clinical system users.
• Support preparation of training materials, SOPs, and user guides.
• Learn and support healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM).
• Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy and security regulations.
• Participate in structured training and rotation programs (Oracle Health / Cerner).

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Medical Informatics,Health Information Management,Health IT,Biomedical Engineering,Computer Science (Healthcare focus preferred),Nursing
