Qualifications

- Minimum 4 years of information technology experience.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience.
- Valid RN license for the State of Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the collection and analysis of data relevant to nursing care.
- Vet proposed workflows with leadership and nursing committees.
- Implement clinical tools to ensure efficient workflows and continuous improvement.
- Act as a content expert for nursing processes including assessment, diagnosis, and planning.
- Bridge communication between IT staff and clinical staff regarding system limitations and informatics needs.
- Mentor nursing staff through EMR implementations and updates.
- Lead small-scale HIT projects independently.
- Recommend system enhancements to support clinical end users.
