Job summary

Geisinger in Dubai, UAE seeks an experienced EHR Systems Specialist to implement, adopt, enhance, and support EHR platforms. You will analyze workflows, conduct testing, and develop training materials.

The role requires on-call coverage 24x7x365 and involvement in upgrades and monitoring, with documentation aligned to department guidelines. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 4 years of relevant EHR experience, plus strong analytical and communication skills;

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of navigating Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Experience with EHR workflow analysis, testing, training and on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks related to EHR system implementation, adoption, enhancement, and support
• Analyze, develop, train, test, and document workflows
• Conduct application testing including scenario-based and integrated testing
• Prepare training materials and conduct training classes
• Provide 24x7x365 on-call support via rotation
• Support system upgrades, patches, and monitoring
• Manage system build and documentation in accordance with department guidelines
