Job summary

Al Salah Holding in Dubai is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition, bookings, leads, and revenue across our travel and tourism business. The role focuses on performance marketing, data analysis, campaign optimization, conversion improvement, and identifying new growth opportunities across digital channels.

You will develop and test campaigns, analyze KPI performance, and work with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to improve conversion and revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional marketing experience.
• 1–2 years in travel, tourism, hospitality, or related industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and customer acquisition.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM, or similar platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to increase bookings, leads, and revenue.
