Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking an Associate Service Engineer to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and field execution of Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting System activities on site.

You will work with the Field Line Manager, customers, subcontractors, and teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth site delivery. You will handle preventive maintenance, issue investigation, and timely field reports, while building strong customer relationships and ensuring professional service experiences on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 0-1 year of experience in electrical or fire-related field.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong understanding of Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting System maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Result-oriented, self-motivated, tenacious, and customer focused.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with adaptability to stakeholders.
• Good analytical skills and ability to support business analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance, troubleshooting, and field execution of Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting System activities.
• Provide technical support for maintenance and troubleshooting of system equipment.
• Investigate and resolve day-to-day technical system issues and service concerns.
• Prepare technical, service, and field reports for review by leadership.
• Submit required job documentation on time to support invoicing and service closure.
• Build positive customer relationships and deliver professional service on site.
• Track and execute Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities per approved plans.
• Provide system operation training and handover documents to customer.
• Learn continuously in the field through mentorship and guidance.
