Job summary

YDU JC Air Cond & Ref Inc.- Dubai is seeking an Associate Service Engineer to support maintenance, troubleshooting, and field execution of Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting System activities on-site in Dubai. You will collaborate with the Field Line Manager, operations teams, and customers to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth site delivery.

Key duties include preparing field reports, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering timely service documentation for invoicing and closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• 0–1 year of experience, including internship, in an electrical or fire-related field.
• Good understanding of Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting System maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Result-oriented, self-motivated, tenacious, and customer focused.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to different stakeholder and partner working styles.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Supports maintenance, troubleshooting, and field execution of Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting System activities.
• Collaborates with Field Line Manager, Operations Team Leader, customers, subcontractors, and teams to resolve issues and support maintenance.
• Investigates day-to-day technical system issues, errors, and service concerns.
• Prepares technical, service, and field reports for review by leadership.
• Submits job documentation on time to support invoicing and service closure.
• Builds positive customer relationships and provides a professional on-site service experience.
