Job summary

Johnson Controls in Dubai is seeking an Associate Service Engineer to support maintenance, troubleshooting, and field execution of Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting systems. You will work with the Field Line Manager, customers, and subcontractors to resolve issues and ensure smooth site delivery.

The role involves performing preventive maintenance, preparing field reports, and providing on-site training and handover documentation to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance, troubleshooting, and field execution of Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting systems.
• Prepare field service reports, checklists and logs for visibility and traceability.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure on-site delivery.
• Assist with planned preventive maintenance (PPM) activities and testing/commissioning.
• Contribute to safe, professional on-site service and positive customer experience.
