Job summary

Johnson Controls in Dubai is seeking an Associate Service Engineer to support maintenance, troubleshooting, and field execution of Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting Systems. You will collaborate with the Field Line Manager, Operations Team Leader, and customers to resolve issues and ensure on-site delivery.

You will perform PPM activities, prepare technical field reports, and support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or similar.
• 0-1 year of experience in electrical or fire-related field.
• Fluency in English and excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and troubleshooting of Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting systems.
• Collaborate with Field Line Manager, Operations Team Leader, customers and subcontractors.
• Prepare field reports, service logs, and documentation for invoicing and handover.
• Execute Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities as scheduled.
• Provide system operation training and ensure smooth site delivery.
