Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking an architecture/design professional to translate requirements into design concepts and produce comprehensive drafting and 3D visualization outputs. You will collaborate with senior architects, develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings, and ensure alignment with standards.

The role emphasizes accuracy, coordination with MEP and structure, and timely delivery, with opportunities to contribute to project development and presentation

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture/Interior Design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and 3D visualization tools.
• Strong drafting, detailing, and space planning skills.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and design coordination.

Responsibilities

• Translate project requirements into preliminary design concepts and layouts.

Design Development

Assist in translating project requirements into preliminary design concepts and layouts Prepare design presentations mood boards and concept development materials Support senior architects and designers in refining design solutions and space planning Incorporate feedback from project stakeholders into design revisions and updates

Drafting Documentation

Develop detailed floor plans elevations sections and construction drawings Ensure drawings comply with company drafting standards project specifications and design intent Update and revise drawings based on design changes site inputs and consultant comments Maintain organized drawing records and document control

3D Modeling Visualization

Develop detailed 3D models using SketchUp Revit 3Ds Max or similar platforms Produce photorealistic renderings walkthroughs and visual presentations using V-Ray Lumion or Enscape Generate visualization options to evaluate design alternatives and material selections Ensure visual outputs accurately represent design intent dimensions finishes and project requirements

Quality Assurance Improvements

Review drawings models and renderings for accuracy completeness and compliance with project standards Maintain attention to detail in all design and drafting outputs to minimize errors and rework Stay updated with industry trends software advancements and visualization techniques Demonstrate a proactive learning attitude adaptability and effective collaboration within the project team

Coordination Integration

Liaise with project team members to gather and incorporate design inputs Coordinate architectural drawings with structural MEP and specialist consultant requirements to avoid design conflicts Support interdisciplinary design reviews and assist in resolving interface-related issues during project development Ensure timely communication and alignment of design changes across all project stakeholders and documentation Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent reporting officer and HR
