Job summary

Lootah Holding LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced interior design professional to develop concepts, space plans, and detailed drawings for client projects. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and suppliers to ensure design intent is realized on site.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite is required along with the ability to present design concepts, manage timelines, budgeting, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in interior design projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and construction details.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative interior design concepts, presentations, and mood boards.
• Prepare space planning layouts, detailed drawings, and design specifications.
• Select finishes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and accessories aligned with project requirements.
• Produce 2D drawings and coordinate 3D visualizations/renderings.
• Ensure designs comply with local regulations, building codes, and project standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design implementation matches approved plans.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and mockups.
• Manage project timelines, design changes, and budget considerations.
• Prepare design presentations and participate in client meetings.
• Source and evaluate materials, finishes, and products.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and design records.
• Support project handover and snagging activities.
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by management and ensure timely completion.
