Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in interior design, Architecture or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer preferably in retail, commercial or fit-out projects.
• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting and current design trends, preferably in retail.
• Excellent design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings including plans elevations sections and construction details.
• Create complete drawing sets for retail stores and mall submissions.
• Coordinate drawings with the design team and project requirements.
• Create high-quality 3D renderings for retail/interior projects.
• Convert concepts and drawings into realistic 3D models.
• Apply materials finishes textures lighting and furniture in visualizations.
• Deliver presentation-ready images within project timelines.
• Ensure all drawings/renderings meet quality standards.
• Develop concept layouts and brand-compliant designs for malls.
• Follow project timelines and deliver on schedule.
• Stay updated with new software rendering techniques.
• Collaborate with design and project teams for smooth execution.
• Support team with other design tasks.

Key Responsibilities

AutoCAD Technical Drawings

• Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings including plans elevations sections and construction details
• Prepare complete drawing sets for retail stores and mall submissions
• Coordinate drawings with the design team and project requirements
• Ensure all drawings are accurate and ready for execution

3D Visualization Rendering

• Create high-quality 3D renderings and presentation visuals for retail and interior design projects
• Convert design concepts sketches and AutoCAD drawings into realistic 3D models
• Apply accurate materials finishes textures lighting and furniture in all visualizations
• Deliver presentation-ready images within project timelines

General Responsibilities

• Ensure all drawings and renderings meet the company s quality standards
• Develop concept layouts and design presentations for retail stores in malls ensuring they meet brand guidelines and functional requirements
• Follow project timelines and deliver work on schedule
• Stay updated with new software rendering techniques and design trends
• Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Support the team with any other design-related tasks as required

Qualification

• Bachelor s degree in interior design Architecture or a related field
• 3 5 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer preferably in retail commercial or fit-out projects
• Good knowledge of materials finishes lighting and current design trends preferably in the retail industry
• Excellent design skills with a keen eye for detail

Software Skills

• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Experience in preparing detailed drawings and complete drawing sets
• Proficiency in 3D software such as 3ds Max SketchUp Lumion Enscape D5 Render or similar
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign will be an added advantage
