Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in ERP implementation, ERP support, or business process coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• Understanding of Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Finance, Production, and Supply Chain processes.
• Exposure to ERP systems and data migration is advantageous.
• Strong Excel skills and data-reporting capability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day ERP implementation activities across departments.
• Document and map current business processes and develop SOPs.
• Support testing, data migration, and issue tracking with the ERP partner.
• Maintain trackers and provide regular progress updates to management.
• Assist in MIS reporting, dashboards, and operational analytics from the ERP.
• Support user training, UAT, and change-management efforts.
• Identify process gaps and opportunities for automation.
