Job summary

Elite HR Consultancy is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Executive to support business development for CTRM and Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions in the Oil & Gas sector in the United Arab Emirates. This role offers exposure to leading commodity trading and energy companies and a clear path to growth.

You will generate new opportunities, conduct outreach, schedule demos, and tailor proposals. Travel within the UAE is required; a competitive salary with commission and medical insurance are

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience in enterprise software, ERP, SaaS or IT solutions.
• Exposure to Oil & Gas, Commodity Trading, or ERP industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
• Ability to learn complex software solutions and communicate value clearly.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in Oil & Gas and commodity trading sectors.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to build a sales pipeline.
• Schedule client meetings and product demonstrations for the senior sales team.
• Understand client requirements and position CTRM and ERP solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activities in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
• Attend client meetings and industry events as required.
