Job summary

Rypro Manpower Solutions in Dubai is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive CTRM and ERP sales within the oil & gas, energy, refining, and commodity trading sectors. You will engage CFOs, Heads of Trading, CIOs, IT Directors, and other C-level stakeholders to position enterprise software solutions.

This is a target-driven role requiring strong business development, consultative selling, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

5+ years in enterprise software sales.
Experience selling CTRM, ETRM, ERP, or other enterprise applications.
Proven experience working with oil & gas, energy, commodity trading, refining, or related industries.
Strong understanding of commodity trading lifecycle, risk management, and trading/back-office workflows.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong experience in consultative and solution-based selling.
Experience dealing with RFP/RFQ processes.
Experience engaging with senior-level and C-suite decision-makers.

Responsibilities

Generate and qualify new business opportunities within oil & gas, energy, refining, and commodity trading companies.
Conduct outbound prospecting, cold calling, networking, and structured follow-ups to build a strong sales pipeline.
Understand clients' trading, risk-management, and back-office processes to position CTRM and ERP solutions.
Build relationships with CFOs, Heads of Trading, CIOs, CTOs, and IT Directors.
Conduct discovery meetings and identify client business and technology requirements.
Prepare and deliver customized proposals, presentations, RFP/RFQ responses, and product demonstrations.
Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to develop solution proposals.
Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and contract closure.
Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate opportunity, pipeline, and forecast information in CRM.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with strategic clients and key accounts.
Collaborate with implementation, product, and technical teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery.
Represent the organization at industry conferences, networking events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within CTRM, ERP, oil & energy technology markets.
