Job summary

Vista is seeking a proactive Accounts Receivable / Credit Control professional to manage a portfolio of customer accounts and ensure timely collections. You will build strong relationships with customers, monitor credit risk, and resolve invoice issues in a fast-moving aviation services environment.

The role requires experience in credit control or finance administration, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable, credit control or finance administration.
• Strong communication skills in phone and email.
• Proven relationship-building abilities.
• Comfort working in a pressured, dynamic environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office apps.
• Prior SAP experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely collections and reconciliations.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to support cash collection.
• Monitor accounts for credit risk and minimise company exposure.
• Investigate and resolve payment disputes and invoice queries.
• Contact customers to secure payment of overdue invoices.
• Support negotiation of repayment plans and payment arrangements.
• Prepare regular reports to management and assist continuous improvement in credit control processes.
