The role blends content creation with live delivery, coaching new joiners and running sessions across markets. We seek candidates who can simplify complex ideas, write clearly, and keep client material confidential.

Qualifications

• Strong written and oral English required.
• Ability to simplify complex topics for training.
• Experience in teaching, tutoring or presenting is helpful.
• Discretion with client material and confidentiality maintained.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain training content on core subjects.
• Run internal sessions, workshops and briefings via video.
• Collaborate with partners to capture lessons from live engagements.
• Track completion, keep materials current, and update as needed.
• Onboard new colleagues with reading lists and briefing guides.
