Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Dune Strategy, a Dubai-based management consulting firm, is hiring an entry-level Corporate Trainer to work remotely from Dubai. You will learn our material, frame a commercial question, brief a partner, and craft notes leadership can use.
The role blends content creation with live delivery, coaching new joiners and running sessions across markets. We seek candidates who can simplify complex ideas, write clearly, and keep client material confidential.
Dune Strategy is a management consulting firm based in Dubai. We advise international investors, family groups and sovereign-linked entities on the commercial decisions that decide their position across the GCC, from market entry and regional expansion to transactions and joint ventures. The firm stays deliberately small, and partners remain in the conversations where the call gets made.
This is a permanent, full-time role, fully remote, working from Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. We are hiring a Corporate Trainer at entry level. You will learn our material from the inside: how we frame a commercial question, how we brief a partner, how a note has to read when leadership acts on it. Then you will help other people learn it too, through sessions, written material and one-to-one coaching built on what happens on a live engagement.
Your week will move between two kinds of work. Some of it is preparation: reading engagement material, sitting in on internal reviews, and turning what you hear into training content that is short and usable. Some of it is delivery: running sessions, small workshops and follow-ups with colleagues who are new to the firm or new to a particular market.
We hire at entry level for this role, so we are looking at how you think and how you explain things. What we need is someone who can make a complicated subject plain, in writing and out loud, and who takes a correction well. You should be able to hold a room of four people and a room of one. You should read a document and see which part a reader will trip over. You should be organised enough to keep sessions and materials moving without a reminder, and discreet with client material, since much of what you will work with is confidential. A good command of English is required. If someone asks a question you cannot answer, you say so and come back with the answer.
None of the following is required, and people arrive here from all sorts of directions. Any of it is worth mentioning. An interest in finance, economics or politics, whether from study, reading or a job. Some experience of teaching, tutoring or presenting, even informally. A second language, particularly Arabic, which helps when you build material around how counterparties speak. Prior research work of any kind, including a student project or a side job that involved digging for an answer. Familiarity with how a family business or a regional company operates.
Training sits close to the engagement work. The material you build comes from what the firm is doing this month, not from a fixed curriculum. Partners review what you produce and tell you where it is thin. Expect your first few months to be heavy on listening and drafting, with delivery building as you get the substance right.
You will work remotely from Dubai with a small team that expects you to ask questions. The learning sits in the work itself: how a transaction gets shaped, why a counterparty holds a position, what a regulator's next move changes. You will see senior people prepare for and run commercial conversations, which moves faster than any course. Over time you get room to design your own sessions and to decide what the firm teaches new joiners.
After a year, you should be able to take a live engagement and build the briefing on it yourself, with no partner filling in the gaps. You should be spotting the commercial call early, before it is spelled out in a meeting, and you should be trusted to hold a counterparty conversation on your own. Your sessions should be ones people ask to attend. That is the standard we hold, and we give you the exposure to reach it.
