Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare vegetables, meats, sauces, garnishes, and other ingredients for daily service.
• Complete mise en place under supervision of senior chefs.
• Follow recipes, portion standards, and production schedules accurately.
• Maintain food safety and HACCP compliance in all tasks.
• Assist with cooking, reheating, cooling, holding, and plating as required.
