Fairmont Dubai is seeking a Commis 3 to support our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. You will work under the Executive Sous Chef, ensuring food quality, hygiene, and efficiency across mise en place and service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Commis 3 preferred
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on Guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Responsibilities

• Attend daily shift briefings to culinary Colleagues
• Lead by example using Fairmont’s Mission, Vision & Values
• Actively share ideas, opinions & suggestions in daily shift briefings
• Ensure storeroom requisitions are accurate to minimize repeat visits
• Promote Health and Safety at all times
• Ensure proper hygiene as per Dubai Municipality
• Maintain cleanliness and proper rotation of product in all chillers
• Communicate daily with supervisors to ensure open lines of communication
