You will assist with mise en place, follow recipes, and ensure HACCP-compliant hygiene, while growing your skills through structured training and international hotel operations.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of kitchen experience in a hotel/restaurant environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Culinary diploma or equivalent training preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods.
• Team player with a strong willingness to learn.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and portion ingredients following recipes and hotel standards.
• Assist section chefs with daily mise en place and cooking tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the section in line with HACCP standards.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Demi Chef de Partie.
• Support other kitchen sections during peak service as required.
