Responsibilities

• Prepares mise-en-place for daily operations
• Maintains a clean and hygienic work area
• Communicates courteously with guests and colleagues
• Supports team with mise-en-place and pickups
• Communicates any difficulties or feedback to supervisor
• Maintains effective working relationships with staff
• Attends daily briefings and training sessions
• Prepares food, beverages, materials and equipment for service
• Cleans and resets work area
• Performs related duties and special projects
• Adheres to hotel and department regulations, health and safety, grooming, quality, hygiene and cleanliness
