Job summary

Holiday Inn Dubai Al Maktoum, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to support multiple kitchen sections and maintain high culinary standards.

You will assist with mise en place, follow recipes, and ensure HACCP-compliant hygiene, while growing your skills through structured training and international hotel operations.

The role offers a collaborative, team‑oriented environment with career progression across IHG properties.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of kitchen experience in a hotel/restaurant environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Culinary diploma or equivalent training preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods.
• Team player with a strong willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion ingredients following recipes and hotel standards.
• Assist section chefs with daily mise en place and cooking tasks.
