Job summary

InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay seeks a Demi Chef de Partie to uphold luxury hospitality standards in our vibrant kitchen. You will prepare, cook, and present dishes with precision, supporting the Sous Chef and culinary leaders in a fast-paced, guest-centred environment.

This role emphasizes teamwork, hygiene, and menu development support across restaurant, in-room dining, and banqueting. A culinary qualification and food safety awareness are preferred; you’ll grow through IHG's

Qualifications

• Culinary education or professional cookery training is preferred.
• Food safety certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to approved recipes and hotel standards.
• Complete mise en place and ensure the kitchen section is ready for service.
• Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, cooking temperature, and presentation.
• Support restaurant, in-room dining, and banqueting operations as required.
• Assist with menu development and new culinary offerings under the guidance of senior chefs.
