Job summary

Romeo Interiors Factory LLC seeks a highly creative Senior Architectural Interiors CAD operator and 3D visualizer for the UAE market. The role requires strong detailing, proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max and V-Ray, and the ability to deliver photorealistic renders and precise shop drawings for fit-out projects.

Key tasks include 3D modelling, visualization, Photoshop post-production, and coordinating with contractors to ensure on-site design accuracy while adhering to UAE regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong Senior Architectural Interiors CAD skills and detailing experience.
• Proficient in creating joinery shop drawings (elevations, sections, ceilings).
• Ability to produce photorealistic 3D models and post-production visuals.

Responsibilities

• 3D Modelling and Visualization to present design concepts to clients.
• Create high-quality 3D models and renders using CAD/3D software.
• Produce architectural fit-out drawings and joinery shop drawings for construction.
• Coordinate with contractors, MEP engineers, and suppliers to resolve on-site issues.

Key Responsibilities

• 3D Modelling
• Visualization Animator
• Create high-quality 3D models and renders using 3ds Max SketchUp or V-Ray to present design concepts to clients
• Photoshop Editing
• Utilize Adobe Photoshop for high-impact mood boards design presentation layouts and advanced texture render post-production editing
• Fit-Out Detailing
• Produce precise error-free architectural fit-out and joinery shop drawings including elevations sections and ceiling details for construction
• Space Planning
• Develop innovative space layouts and ensure all designs comply with UAE local authority regulations e.g. Dubai Municipality Civil Defense
• Material Selection
• Prepare detailed material specifications BOQ Bill of Quantities support and FF E Furniture Fixtures and Equipment schedules
• Project Coordination
• Collaborate with contractors MEP engineers and suppliers to resolve on-site design issues and ensure seamless project execution

Advanced: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or V-Ray/Corona. Essential: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Advantage: Knowledge of Revit or BIM. AI Interior Architectural experience: Experience working with AI tools like (Room GPT/mnml.AI/Spacely AI/Planner sd/Luma AI/Gamma) Soft Skills: Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong asset. Ability to manage client presentations and meet strict deadlines Licensure: Valid UAE Driving License is a plus.
