Job summary

The AtkinsRéalis Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Architect to oversee architecture design across residential, commercial, healthcare, and educational typologies. You will manage the design process from concept to developed design, lead a team of architects and designers, and ensure alignment with project objectives and safety standards.

The role requires 22 years of experience, fluency in English, and mastery of Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, and V-Ray.

Qualifications

• Aarchitectural degree with postgraduate study or equivalent experience.
• International accreditations highly desirable for senior roles.
• Sustainability certifications are a plus.
• Strong leadership and proven design management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope & schedule across asset typologies to match project objectives.
• Lead design delivery from concept through developed and detailed design.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and NEOM departments.
• Oversee production through all design stages and reviews.
• Ensure compliance with design briefs, standards and budgets.
• Provide strategic guidance on technical design standards and philosophy.
