Job summary

Jr. PLC Engineer

• Candidates from Oil and also GAs market
• Experience in program PLCs Allen Bradley, (Rockwell workshop 5000, RS logix 5000 as well as HMI Factory talk sight Site Version/ Equipment Edition and SCADA)/ Yokogawa/ Siemens.
• Design/Review and detailed engineering for submitted instrumentation & control system (PLC, DCS, SCADA, ESD and also F&G system) and loop layout.
• Design/review automation control system, control viewpoint and cause & Effect chart
• Responsible to prepare design files, execution of projects and co-ordinate with the purchase division for procurement activities.
• Familiar low voltage circuits
• Understanding of interaction network setup (Ethernet IP, Modbus RTU, ProfiBus).
• Understanding of design documentation such as P&ID, process circulation representation and also standard procedure.
• Communicate with client for Technical Clarifications/ Questions.
• Experience with area instrumentation, control system installment as well as configuration.
• Testimonial client specifications and provide operability input to layouts.
• Readying Costs of product, cable schedule, tool hook up, Alarm listing, Tool IO checklist, JB circuitry, Instrument Index, Load list and also interconnection layout.
• Co-ordinate with the numerous engineering discipline as well as production supervisor for continuous jobs as well as full projects as per job schedule.
• Follow up all engineering/Quality file to fulfill the SDRL (Supplier File Register Checklist) deliverable dates.
