Job summary

LeadingEdge HR Solutions is seeking a Controls Engineer to design, develop and implement control systems for industrial and mechanical applications in the UAE. You will program, configure, and maintain PLCs, SCADA systems and HMI panels, and conduct testing and commissioning with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a strong electrical/instrumentation background, excellent problem-solving and documentation skills, and the ability to work on site in the UAE with valid right to work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechatronics/Control Systems or related field.
• Must be based in UAE with valid work rights.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement control systems for industrial applications.
• Programme, configure and maintain PLCs.
• Operate SCADA systems and HMI panels.
• Test, commission and troubleshoot control systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver projects on time.
• Prepare technical documentation including control system specs and diagrams.
