Qualifications

• Minimum UAE experience in finishing carpentry and furniture works.
• Strong background in luxury villas, high-end residential towers, hotels or premium commercial projects.
• Expertise in custom joinery wardrobes, kitchens, wall paneling, doors and furniture installation.
• Proven leadership experience as Works In-Charge / Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, materials and quality benchmarks.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all finishing carpentry joinery and furniture installation works on site.
• Ensure execution meets high-end luxury standards, drawings, mock-ups and approved samples.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor daily site activities, manpower and work sequencing.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, consultants, QA/QC teams and subcontractors.
• Conduct inspections to ensure snag-free delivery and timely handover.
• Interpret shop drawings, BOQs and specifications accurately.
• Enforce quality, safety and site discipline standards at all times.
• Resolve site issues proactively to avoid delays and rework.

• Coordinate closely with project managers consultants QA/QC teams and subcontractors

Requirements
