Job summary

Uplift decoration in Dubai seeks a highly experienced Joinery Foreman to supervise daily joinery fabrication and supervise site activities on interior fit-out projects. You will lead carpenters, installers and helpers, allocate manpower, and ensure work aligns with drawings and schedules.

The role requires strong knowledge of joinery fabrication and installation, the ability to read shop and technical drawings, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years as Joinery Foreman in interior fit-out
• Strong joinery fabrication and installation knowledge
• Ability to read shop and technical drawings
• Proven leadership and team management
• Excellent communication and problem-solving
• Familiarity with HSE and quality standards
• Valid UAE driving license
