Black Pearl is seeking an experienced Joinery Manufacturing Manager in the UAE to lead the joinery and factory operations. This hands-on role requires coordination with production teams, project teams, procurement, design, and site execution to ensure on-time delivery with high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in joinery manufacturing and woodworking production.
• Experience with bespoke joinery and interior fit-out manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of factory production management, CNC operations, and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of joinery and manufacturing facility.
• Plan and monitor production schedules based on project requirements.
• Ensure activities meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Manage manpower, capacity, workflow and resource allocation.
• Supervise carpenters, machine operators and factory staff.
• Oversee woodworking, CNC, assembly, finishing and quality checks.
• Coordinate with project management, procurement, design and site teams.
• Identify delays and bottlenecks and implement solutions.
• Improve productivity and minimize material wastage.
• Monitor material consumption and production costs.
