Job summary

Black Pearl Consult seeks an experienced Joinery Manufacturing Manager in Dubai to lead the factory operations for luxury fit-out projects. You will own the joinery production process, collaborate with project teams and ensure timely delivery with high-quality standards.

The role requires deep knowledge of joinery manufacturing, CNC and woodworking operations, and strong leadership to manage carpenters, supervisors and technicians on site and in the factory.

Qualifications

• Experience in joinery manufacturing and luxury fit-out environments.
• Strong understanding of production planning, factory workflows and manpower management.
• Knowledge of quality control standards, material utilization and waste minimization.
• Proven ability to lead supervisors, carpenters and machine operators to deliver projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day joinery and manufacturing operations in the factory.
• Plan and monitor production schedules based on project deadlines.
• Ensure activities meet required quality standards and specifications.
• Manage manpower, capacity, workflow and resource allocation.
• Supervise production supervisors, carpenters, CNC operators and finishers.
• Monitor all manufacturing steps: woodworking, CNC, assembly, finishing, quality checks.
• Coordinate with project management, procurement, design and site teams for smooth execution.
• Identify delays or bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Drive productivity improvements and reduce material waste.
• Track material usage, production costs and overall efficiency.
• Ensure finished products meet specs before dispatch to site.
• Maintain production procedures and safety standards.
