Job summary

Ladwig Consulting seeks an experienced HR Officer for our Dubai team (JAFZA). You will manage day-to-day HR operations, payroll processing, and compliance with UAE labor laws while handling employee documentation and relations.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in UAE HR, including 1 year in JAFZA Freezone, and strong MS Office skills with English communication (Arabic a plus).

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in an HR role within the UAE, with at least 1 year in JAFZA Freezone.
• Experience with UAE Labor Law and JAFZA regulations is required.
• Payroll processing knowledge (manual and automated) is needed.
• Experience with HR documentation and document control is required.

Responsibilities

• HR Operations & Administration: manage employee lifecycle documentation, contracts, visas, renewals, onboarding and offboarding.
• Payroll & Compensation: assist monthly payroll in coordination with Finance; track attendance, leaves and overtime.
• Documentation & Compliance: maintain HR filing system; ensure compliance with laws and policies; prepare audits and management reports.
• Employee Relations & Support: assist in employee engagement and welfare activities; support disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution.
