Job summary

Fivehotelsandresorts in Dubai invites an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager (Italian Speaker) to join our luxury hotel team. You will support the Restaurant Manager, supervise front-of-house operations, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 3 years in a similar leadership position, a hospitality degree is a plus, and flexibility with shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Floor Supervisor or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a Luxury Hotel is preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on hotel requirements.
• Computer literacy with Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems.
• Understanding of Health and Safety Regulations, Food Hygiene Standards, and best practices in restaurant operations.
• Proven track record in achieving financial targets, managing budgets, and implementing cost controls without compromising quality.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dining room operations to ensure seamless service.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high standards of hospitality.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to manage budgets and drive profitability.
