Job summary

Strategic Growth Partners (SGP) seeks an experienced IT Support Specialist to diagnose, maintain, and repair IT systems, providing Tier 1 and 2 support for end-users in a Dubai-based environment.

You will manage Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Azure/Entra ID, and Exchange Online, support Windows 10/11, and mentor junior team members while aligning with HR onboarding/offboarding.|

Job description

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair IT systems
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for end-users
• Manage Microsoft 365 Admin Center, including licenses and user profiles
• Administer Microsoft Azure/Entra ID, Active Directory, and MFA
• Manage Microsoft Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive
• Support Windows 10/11 and mobile operating systems (Android/iOS)
• Create and maintain technical documentation for IT and end-users
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding personnel in collaboration with HR
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior IT team members
• Execute simple migration tasks between software and applications

Requirements

• Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support experience in Microsoft environments
• Proficiency administering Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, and Exchange Online
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, identity management, and BitLocker
• Experience supporting desktop hardware, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Experience with remote support and endpoint management tools
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications (Microsoft 365 Certified, Azure Administrator Associate, etc.)
• Experience with SharePoint administration and site development
• Experience with Microsoft Intune or other MDM solutions
• Experience with endpoint security, antivirus, and EDR platforms
• Familiarity with cloud migration projects
