Job summary

Intertec Softwares Pvt Ltd is seeking a hands-on IT infrastructure specialist with deep expertise in Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Intune and SCCM. The role covers AD deployment, migration projects, and modern identity solutions.

You will manage Azure AD Connect, Entra ID, conditional access policies, and Windows Server environments, while supporting health checks and proactive incident resolution for AMC customers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with the listed Microsoft technologies is required.
• Technologies used must have been active within the last 1–2 years.
• Proactive in resolving support requests escalated by services delivery.
• Flexibility in schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Implement Active Directory and Group Policy deployment and troubleshooting.
• Handle Exchange On-Prem and Office 365 migration projects.
• Manage Office 365 Exchange Online, MS Teams, OneDrive, and tenant migrations.
• Configure and manage ADFS, Azure AD Connect, and Entra ID/conditional access.
• Maintain SCCM/Intune Endpoint Configuration Manager and Windows patch baselines.
• Perform Windows Server upgrades and health checks for AMC customers.
• Provide technical SME guidance across listed technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES TASKS AND AUTHORITIES):

Candidate should have implementation experience in Microsoft Technologies like Active Directory Exchange On -Prem Office 365 and Hyper‑V Windows (DNS/RADIUS DHCP)

Hands‑on experience is a must and technologies last used must be one‑two years.

Active Directory and Group Policy deployment and Troubleshooting

Exchange On‑Prem and Office 365 migration projects

Office 365- Exchange online MS Teams one drive O365 security and Tenant to Tenant Migration

Configuration and Management of ADFS environment.

Configure and Manage Azure AD Connect server

Manage Entra ID and conditional access policy and Windows Hello for business

Configure and troubleshoot Terminal servers (RDS) Windows Clustering

Should have strong experience in SCCM 2012 / version & 1902 and Intune Endpoint Configuration manager

Experience on AAD/Intune Centralized Application Management deployment and support

Experience on Windows servers upgrade from legacy latest version

Windows SCCM patch management and windows security baseline deployment and testing

Develop project document update internal documentation and configuration items

Proactive in resolving support request escalated from services delivery team.

Willing to work on flexible schedule depending on business need

Technical SME for the technologies listed below in the Competency table.

Critical customer incidents/breakdowns troubleshooting them within the agreed service levels for self and team.

Execute Health Check services and closure along with the team for AMC customers.
