Job summary

Technogym Dubai is seeking an internal IT Specialist – Emirati National – to join our team. You will manage local IT needs by deploying equipment and analyzing and troubleshooting network systems and software (Office 365 AD Policies Outlook Devices Wifi network admin etc.).

You will be responsible for installing or upgrading components, configuring software, assisting with network administration, and resolving all local IT support issues under the HQ IT team’s coordination.

Qualifications

• Emirati National is required.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience in remote and end user support is preferred.
• Motivation to develop technical skills and keep up to date with IT trends.
• Strong analytical, process-oriented, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee network management and software/hardware infrastructure.
• Manage daily operations of the IT department and align with HQ IT.
• Define network hardware and software requirements to meet business needs.
• Assess infrastructure to ensure IT capabilities meet demands.
• Develop IT procedures to increase efficiency and improve customer satisfaction and workflow.
• Assist with installation of new software and hardware and train employees.
• Protect customer data from external threats through encryption and secure storage.
• Propose upgrades and changes within the IT Department to improve performance.
• Troubleshoot end-user issues to resolution where possible and document solutions.
• Install and configure hardware and software as required.
• Carry out administration and maintenance of Active Directory and Exchange.
• Support end users with Microsoft Office applications and tools.
• Demonstrate passion for fitness and health while maintaining professional IT standards.
