Job summary

AHOY seeks an IT Systems and Network Administrator to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure, including Windows Server environments, Active Directory, firewall security, and user support. The candidate will implement server and network configurations, backup strategies, and secure operations across the organization.

You will configure Hyper-V, VLANs, VPNs, DNS/DHCP, and work with Cisco/Aruba/HP gear to ensure high availability, robust documentation, and responsive technical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• CCNA certification is required.
• Minimum 5 years of IT systems and network administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
• Manage firewall, VPN, and network security configurations.
• Provide L2/L3 support for network devices (Cisco/HP/Aruba).
• Design and maintain backups, disaster recovery, and documentation.
• Support end-users with hardware/software issues and licenses.
