Job summary

GMG in Dubai seeks an IT Infrastructure Support specialist to ensure smooth operation of IT systems, hardware, software and enterprise apps including MDM, SAP and Office 365. You will roll out new projects per SOPs, provide strong user support and collaborate with teams across the business.

Responsibilities include maintaining warehouses interfaces like RoutePro and WMS, managing SafeQ servers, and ensuring VM and network readiness. A proactive, customer-first mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• 3–5 years of experience in help desk or IT support roles.
• Experience with enterprise applications such as MDM, SAP, Office 365 and warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain IT hardware and software per policies.
• Act as first point of contact for IT issues and manage tickets within SLAs.
• Support enterprise apps like MDM, SAP, RoutePro and Warehouse systems.
• Monitor IT assets and oversee VMs, MDFs and IDFs for performance.
