Job summary

Bidease in Dubai is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day IT needs of our employees, ensuring access, devices, software, and IT processes are managed effectively and securely.

You will onboard and offboard staff, manage Google Workspace/Microsoft 365 licenses, and maintain records, while providing hands-on IT support and applying basic security practices. In Dubai, a proactive, detail-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, systems administration, or a similar role.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
• Based in and able to work from Dubai office.
• Experience managing user access, SaaS licenses, and company devices.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee access to company systems and adjust permissions as needed.
• Onboard and offboard employees, ensuring accounts and devices are prepared on time.
• Administer software, subscriptions, licenses, and user accounts.
• Maintain accurate access records and review permissions regularly.
• Provide day-to-day IT support for logins, permissions, accounts, laptops, and software.
• Support basic IT security practices including MFA and password policies.
• Manage laptops and company equipment, inventory, setup, repairs, and replacements.
• Handle email groups, shared mailboxes, and related permissions.
