Job summary

Latinem in Dubai is seeking a proactive IT Support Engineer to maintain IT infrastructure for a rebar manufacturing facility. You will support day-to-day IT operations, assist with network, server, ERP and production-related technologies, and help ensure uninterrupted factory systems.

The role requires 2-5 years in IT support, experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows, and knowledge of TCP/IP, AD/AAD, ERP systems, and cybersecurity practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 2–5 years of IT Support experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls and network troubleshooting.
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD and endpoint management tools.
• Familiarity with ERP systems SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo or similar is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day IT operations for a rebar manufacturing facility in Dubai.
• Maintain IT infrastructure and ensure uptime of factory systems.
• Provide first-level support for ERP systems and production software.
• Assist with network, server, and end-user device issues.
• Address cybersecurity, backups, and disaster recovery activities.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize IT downtime.
