Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton, Marriott International in Abu Dhabi is seeking an IT Network Technician to install, configure, maintain, and support computer networks and server systems across the property.

You will train users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, enforce security measures, manage inventory, and provide end-user support for all applications. Candidates should have at least 2 years of related experience and a technical, trade, or vocational degree.

Qualifications

• Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, manage, maintain, test, evaluate, and repair computer networks, workstations, support server system(s).
• Train users in proper use and security of all systems; troubleshoot issues and provide guidance.
• Plan, coordinate IT equipment installations, moves, changes, and system enhancements; maintain inventory.
• Ensure network security measures and end-user support for all applications; manage disk space and backups.
