FIVE Hotels & Resorts in Dubai invites a seasoned IT Specialist to elevate our luxury operations. Join a fast-paced hospitality technology team responsible for hardware, software, networks, and hotel PMS systems to deliver flawless guest experiences.

You set the standard with proactive problem solving, strong communication, and hands-on leadership, guiding a UAE-based team and collaborating with stakeholders to keep systems secure and up-to-date.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6-8 years of Supervisory Experience in the UAE in a specialised IT role.
• Bachelor's Degree in CS/IT would be advantageous.
• Proven track record as an IT Specialist in hotel or hospitality environments.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware and software.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Familiarity with hotel applications and PMS a plus.
• Project management experience.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ or MCSA desirable.
• Understanding of industry regulations beneficial.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Offers next-level technical support to FIVE Tribe Members and guests.
• Troubleshoots and resolves IT issues promptly to minimise disruption.
• Assists in setup/configuration of computer systems, printers, and IT equipment.
• Responds to tickets, documents issues and resolutions.
• Monitors and maintains hotel networks, wired and wireless.
• Implements network security measures and conducts audits.
• Installs and maintains servers, switches, routers and other devices.
• Collaborates with vendors to improve troubleshooting efforts.

Compensation

• A fixed monthly salary ofAED 2,600(including accommodation)

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 6-8 years of Supervisory Experience in a
  High-Volume Environment within the UAE in a Specialised IT Role.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information
  Technology, or a related field would be advantageous.
• An exquisite track record as an IT Specialist or in a
  similar capacity within a hotel or Hospitality Environment, to elevate FIVE's
  Gold Standard to New Heights.
• Unparalleled knowledge of computer systems, networks,
  hardware, and software, with hand-crafted expertise in the field.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical
  issues, adding a touch of first-in-class problem-solving to every task.
• Familiarity with Hotel-Specific Applications and
  Property Management Systems is a plus.
• Proven experience in Project Management and the
  exceptional ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Desirable certifications, such as CompTIA A+,
  Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), signify an
