Job summary

FIVE Hotels and Resorts in Dubai seeks an experienced Tradesman (Kitchen Technician) to maintain and repair kitchen and laundry equipment across our luxury properties.

You will execute preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and document work orders, ensuring peak performance while adhering to health and safety standards. A proactive, hands-on attitude is essential to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role in a Luxury Hotel or Healthcare environment in the UAE.
• Extensive knowledge of kitchen equipment and laundry systems.
• Strong hands-on maintenance and fault-diagnosis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and repairs all kitchen and laundry equipment with Exquisite craftsmanship and longevity.
• Upholds preventive maintenance and shift readings programmes to ensure peak performance.
• Diagnoses issues, minimizes downtime and documents work orders promptly.
