NewZenAlpha Tech Pvt Ltd, Dubai-based IT software solutions provider, is seeking a Business Development Executive to build pipeline and acquire new logos across the UAE/GCC. You will drive outbound outreach, run discovery sessions with enterprise clients, and coordinate with pre-sales and partners to position AI and IT software solutions.

The role requires 1–5 years of B2B sales experience, strong English communication, and familiarity with cloud/DevOps tech.

Competenze

• 1-5 years of B2B sales or inside sales in IT software or services.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Familiarity with Linux, containers/Kubernetes, cloud platforms, automation (Ansible), virtualization, backup/DR, DevSecOps.
• CRM knowledge: Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho or similar.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, IT, Engineering or related).

Mansioni

• Prospecting & lead generation: Find and qualify new opportunities.
• Outbound calling to book discovery meetings and nurture leads.
• Pipeline ownership: Build and manage your funnel and CRM data.
• Customer engagement: Run discovery, coordinate demos and build business cases.
• Proposals & closures: Coordinate RFP/RFQ responses, pricing and negotiations.
• Partner collaboration: Work with vendor and distributor teams on campaigns.
• Market intelligence: Track competitor moves and regional trends.
• Reporting: Share weekly activity, pipeline and forecast updates.
