Job summary

Remotedxb is seeking an senior leader to interface with FDIC leadership and align capabilities with mission needs in a Federal Civilian context. You will develop relationships with decision-makers, drive program execution, and guide the capture and growth lifecycle across multiple endeavors, including travel to customer sites as needed.

The role requires a depth of Federal leadership experience, with a proven ability to shape organizational capabilities to client requirements and deliver

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Federal Civilian leadership experience.
• Ability to obtain relevant FDIC clearances.
• Experience with federal proposal processes, delivery and execution.

• In-depth leadership experience supporting programs at the FDIC
• Proven experience driving culture change and leading mission-focused teams
• Experience with federal proposal processes, delivery and execution
• Local to the DC metro area with ability to travel to customer sites

Preferred Qualifications

• Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers (FAC P/PM) Senior Level 3
• Project Management Institute, Project Management Professional (PMP)
