Job summary

GDIT is seeking a senior technology leader in Dubai to drive solution design and architecture for large enterprise programs. You will lead discussions with customers and vendors, define architectural models, and ensure scalable, long-term growth across web and mobile platforms.

The role requires deep SDLC and Agile delivery practices, plus experience in MS Azure or AWS and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate solutioning discussions with customers and vendors
• Identify system interface requirements and create technical architecture diagrams
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align on program goals
• Develop technical implementation strategies to ensure scalability and long-term growth
• Lead solution design and develop architectural models, process diagrams, and concepts of operation
• Diagnose large system issues and collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion
• Create technical workflows and supporting documentation for large enterprise systems projects

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field
• 15+ years of technical leadership experience
• Proven track record of leading application modernization, specifically mainframe to web/mobile
• Deep experience managing workflows, user interfaces, decision rules, and data models
• Thorough understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodology
• Experience or certification in Microsoft Azure or AWS
• Experience with UI/UX and mobile development
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
