Job summary

Remotedxb in Dubai is seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management professional to administrate and maintain 12c Oracle IAM applications including OAM, OID, and OIG. The role focuses on security controls, access provisioning, and production support across environments.

You will collaborate with security SMEs, develop documentation, and implement secure coding practices to prevent vulnerabilities while supporting ongoing monitoring and governance of identities and privileges.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Expertise in implementing and migrating OIG, OAM 12c components, and OID 12c.
• Strong Java coding skills and proficiency in OIG/OAM APIs (REST and Java).
• Deep knowledge of RBAC/ABAC, separation of duties, and least privilege.
• Experience with scheduled jobs, adapters, event handlers, and custom connectors.
• Ability to write custom SQL queries for reporting.
• Experience with BI Publisher reports.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Functional administration and maintenance of 12c Oracle Identity Management applications including OAM, OID, and OIG


• Support IAM continuous monitoring activities, including identity changes and privilege escalation


• Support user access provisioning, authentication, and access management processes


• Troubleshoot OIG/OAM issues in production and non-production environments


• Develop and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and configuration guides


• Implement security-oriented coding practices to avoid vulnerabilities


• Collaborate with technical SMEs to ensure security controls operate as expected

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the Identity & Access Management domain


• Expertise in implementing and migrating OIG, OAM 12c components, and OID 12c


• Strong Java coding skills and proficiency in OIG/OAM APIs (REST and Java)


• Deep knowledge of RBAC/ABAC, segregation of duties, and least privilege


• Hands-on experience with Scheduled jobs, Adapters, Event handlers, and custom connectors


• Ability to write custom SQL queries for reporting and functionality


• Experience with BI Publisher reports

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience upgrading from FMW 12c to 14c


• Understanding of SSO, Identity Federation, MFA, SAML, and OAuth


• Experience with LDAP directories (OID, AD) and LDAP queries


• Knowledge of WebAuthn, FIDO2, and Zero Trust identity functions


• Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CompTIA Security+


• Knowledge of Splunk for log investigation
